Grace had a photo shoot today. Anytime her mama wants to play she gets suckered into posing...the funny thing was Seth behind me trying to get her to pose by saying "Do this" and then bending in all sorts of funny positions.

Heather's Goodbye Party

Heather is leaving :(

She has gotten a job at Covenant College and will be leaving this Sunday. We are happy for her but will miss her dearly!

After the party we went to see Heathers Brother at the improv theatre on CC college. He was HYSTERICAL...but as his mom said "I had to pay money to see him act the way he does at home?"

Grace is a big fan of the tub, she will play in there until her lips are blue. We had fun "learning to swim" tonight. Which consists of laying on her belly and thrashing about...life is fun...

The Overtons

These are some of our dear friends the Overtons. We have known them ever since we moved here. This family has ministered to our family in many ways, from Seth living at their house before we were married to Bevy watching my Grace for me. When I came home from the hospital, Bevy had arranged for 5 woman from the church to clean my house for me. She has been a big blessing in our lives and has a unwavering servants heart. Brandon is probaly one of the top Colorado Fly fisherman in the area! Seth and Brandon have caught a many fish together! Thanks for being our friends!

Funkadelic

Our dear friends, The Hammalammadingdongs... (not their real name but our nickname for them, Hammerstrom is just too hard to say)... got a new car! It's one of those funkadelic hybrid cars and this was on the inside. It is a screen where you can move a button and it shows you what's behind the car, we thought it would be fun if Lauren, Seth and Grace got behind the car to see what they look like on the screen...pretty weird huh?!

CSCS Basketball

Seth played in a 3 on 3 tourney at CSCS. They have an open gym tourney, for all the middle school students. Well, Seth and 2 of his fellow 8th grade teachers thought it would be fun to team up and whoop up on their 8th graders...all in good fun! Turns out...they made it to the finals...and were beat out....by...a trio of girls from the girls volleyball team...you go girls!

Are we in Greenville?

This was a fun photo shoot to do. I actually flew to Greenville, South Carolina to do Nancy's wedding last year. It was great to see everyone again this time in Colorado!
